QuasiSeq: Analyzing RNA sequence count tables using quasi-likelihood

This package is used to apply the QL, QLShrink and QLSpline methods (Lund, Nettleton, McCarthy, and Smyth, 2012) to quasi-Poisson or quasi-negative binomial models for identifying differentially expressed genes in RNA-seq data.
