cherry: Multiple Testing Methods for Exploratory Research

Provides an alternative approach to multiple testing by calculating a simultaneous upper confidence bounds for the number of true null hypotheses among any subset of the hypotheses of interest. Some of the functions in this package are optionally enhanced by the 'gurobi' software and its accompanying R package. For their installation, please follow the instructions at www.gurobi.com and http://www.gurobi.com/documentation, respectively.
