Automatic metabolite annotation from Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS and LC-MS/MS) data from .mzXML files, providing an inclusion list of metabolites/fragments (Only the ion mass). The function returns the identification and quantification of the peaks presented in the sample, as well as the non-identified metabolites/fragments.
