NOAA is an American scientific agency within the United States Department of Commerce that focuses on the conditions of the oceans and the atmosphere. Stations are situated at 235 locations across 50 states within United States and are used to capture weather data. NOAA offers web services <https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/api/v2/> that provide access to data collected from stations.
