alakazam: Immunoglobulin Clonal Lineage and Diversity Analysis

Provides methods for high-throughput adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-Seq; Rep-Seq) analysis. In particular, immunoglobulin (Ig) sequence lineage reconstruction, lineage topology analysis, diversity profiling, amino acid property analysis and gene usage.
