echarty: Minimal R/Shiny Interface to Library 'Echarts JavaScript'

The goal is to deliver the full functionality of 'Echarts JavaScript' Version 5 with minimal overhead. 'Echarts JavaScript' is based on data structures. 'echarty' users build R lists for these same data structures. In general one to three 'echarty' commands are sufficient to produce any chart.
