hash: Full Feature Implementation of Hash/Associated
Arrays/Dictionaries
Implements a data structure similar to hashes
in Perl and dictionaries in Python but with a purposefully R
flavor. For objects of appreciable size, access using hashes
outperforms native named lists and vectors.
